02–03 November 2023 The 8th IEEE International Conference “Big Data, Knowledge and Control Systems Engineering” (BdKCSE’2023), Sofia, Bulgaria 26 January 2023 Institute of Information and Communication Technologies awarded 2M€ for neurotechnology research: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dimiter Prodanov, together with the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies (IICT) of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, will receive 2M€ from the European Commission to establish a new research group at IICT
